The Villa is only 20 minutes from the sandy beach resort of Roseto degli Abruzzi, on Italy's Adriatic coastline. Where you will be able to relax amongst the sun, the sea and the sands.

Villa Pinata is situated on the edge of Notaresco, which has all basic amenities (shops, banks, bars, market) and restaurants where you can taste the traditional Italian cooking.

All 5 rooms are recently furnished and have en suite facilities, with satellite television, air conditioning and four have balconies.

There is also a comfortable lounge, an air conditioned dining room with a large terrace and a well equipped kitchen, (Cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher) and separate laundry room.

The pool with diving board (12m x6m) is surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers and cooling canopy. Plus there is a barbecue area for cooking up some local delicacies of your own.
